DESCRIPTION:\nRegistration is open for members of the Munich Quantum Commu
 nity until 20 August 2024. To attend\, fill out the form.\n\nJoin us at Qu
 antum Talents Symposium Munich – an Innovation Hub where talent meets op
 portunities.\nThe symposium is jointly organized by several organizations 
 of the Munich quantum ecosystem: \n\nMunich Center for Quantum Science and
  Technology (MCQST)\,\nInternational Max Planck Research School for Quantu
 m Science and Technology (IMPRS-QST)\, \nMunich Quantum Valley (MQV)\,\nW
 omen in Quantum Optics Postdoctoral Program (WiQO) of the Max Plank Instit
 ute of Quantum Optics. \n\nThe event is designed as a platform for showca
 sing groundbreaking research in quantum science and for scientific exchang
 e among young and talented quantum researchers. \nOur mission is to facil
 itate knowledge sharing\, inspire collaboration\, and promote career oppor
 tunities in quantum science\, with a strong commitment to diversity and in
 clusivity.\nCall for Applications (closed on 15 April 2024):\nWe invite ap
 plications from outstanding and driven early-career researchers. Eligibili
 ty criteria include PhD students and postdocs who are at the forefront of 
 quantum science. Applicants must demonstrate their contribution to the fie
 ld with at least one first-author publication in a peer-reviewed journal (
 physics\, chemistry\, mathematics) OR published contributions in top-tier 
 conferences with full papers in the field (computer science\, engineering)
 .\nSelection Criteria for Finalists:\nOur selection process prioritizes ac
 ademic excellence and exceptional research potential. Finalists will be se
 lected on three key criteria: scientific excellence\, scientific vision\, 
 and our commitment to diversity in quantum research. \nAbout the Symposiu
 m:\n\nduration: two days\nten symposium finalists' presentations\nlectures
  from invited speakers\ninteractive activities\nlab tours in Munich's lead
 ing quantum groups at LMU\, TUM\, and MPQ\nawards: the top three finalists
 ' presentations will be awarded monetary prizes\ncertificate of attendance
  as a finalist\n\n\n \nParticipation as an attendee:\nAll members of the 
 Munich quantum community (IMPRS-QST\, MCQST\, MQV) are invited to attend t
 he Symposium!\nRegistration is required for organizational purposes. To pa
